Operations Manager
You will be working with a growing healthcare and distribution company, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the efficient execution of business initiatives.
What you will do
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments
- Monitor sales operations, field performance, and business activities
- Support inventory, logistics, and supply chain operations
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and team development initiatives
- Develop operational reports, monitor KPIs, and drive process improvements
- Support strategic projects and company initiatives led by management
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field
- At least 5 years of management experience in operations, sales operations, logistics, distribution, or related functions
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG, or distribution industry is preferred
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving operational performance
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and business reporting tools
- Results-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Work setup: Onsite, Permanent position, Day shift
