Business Development Manager - SaaS/HR & Payroll
You will be working with a global leader in AI-powered payroll outsourcing and HRMS solutions, serving enterprise clients across 70+ countries. This role drives new business growth through a hunter-focused sales approach.
What you will do
- Own end-to-end sales, from market research and lead generation to closing deals
- Present payroll, SaaS, and HRMS solutions to prospective B2B clients and build lasting relationships
- Consistently hit new business targets using CRM and lead generation tools
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree holder; Marketing or Business Management background is a plus
- At least 3 years as a BDM in PH Payroll Solutions, SaaS, or HRMS Services, with end-to-end sales experience
- B2B sales background, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- A true hunter profile; not suited for farmer-only backgrounds
Work Arrangement
- Onsite in McKinley Hill, Taguig City
- Dayshift

- Monthly Package: PHP 80,000 - 110,000
