Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French)
You will be working with a global technology and business services company supporting international clients. The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will assist customers, address inquiries, and provide excellent service in both French and English.
What you will do
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions
- Deliver excellent customer service through various communication channels
- Document customer interactions accurately
- Escalate concerns when necessary
- Follow company processes and service standards
What we are looking for
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
- Opens to Filipino citizens with language certificate or foreigners with work visa
- Customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Work Arrangement
- Office location: Greenhills, San Juan City, Metro Manila
- Onsite and shifting schedule, including night shifts
- Full-time employment
