- Pricing Model: Placement fee based on annualized salary and levels
- Rates: Our rates are the lowest in the market: Junior to mid-level (10%), Senior (12%), Leader and Manager (15%)
- Warranty: 3 months trial period and replacement at no cost to the client
- Use-case: Ideal for extended recruitment support of the client

Staffing: A Staff Augmenting Service
Our Staffing service provides a flexible staff augmentation model to help you scale your teams quickly, whether for project-based needs or extended support. We enable you to expand without the commitment of permanent employment.m
- Pricing Model: Management fee billed on top of monthly salary
- Rates: As low as 20% management fee
- Absorption Fee: Established absorption fees based on annualized salary: 15% for absorption within 6 months, 12% within 12 months, and 8% within 18 months
- Use-case: Ideal for team scaling without permanent employment

Skill Up: A Capability Building Service
Our Skill Up service focuses on capability building, providing specialized training programs to equip talents for global standards. We offer flexible training options tailored to the needs of teams and organizations.

- For 5 or fewer students: Pay-per-program
